Recognised international expert in global public health leading a broad portfolio of social and behavioural science research, generating new evidence for effective policy and programming. Offering a range of skills on:
  • Project and program design, development, management, and coordination.
  • Collaborative working, co-creation consultations and process management; team leadership, facilitation, and mentoring.
  • Research design and protocol development.
  • Project evaluation.
  • Grant and report writing, analysis, synthesis, and independent peer review.
  • Guideline and tool development (global and national).
Extensive experience in managing collaborative programmes with bilateral donors, UN organisations, Ministries of Health, academic institutions, professional associations, and international/national non-government organisations, and community based organisations.

Donors: USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Merck4Mothers, UNFPA, UNICEF, WHO, DFID/FCDO.

Practical knowledge built through decades of working with marginalized women and children at Population Council, Oxfam, and Save the Children in multiple country settings.
