Building on decades of research, Charlotte has more recently conducted studies on provider behaviour change including how to work in partnership with frontline health workers to feel supported and have autonomy to provide quality care. This includes measuring mistreatment, burnout, and mitigating stress among MNH providers.

- Expanding access for the prevention, early detection, and treatment of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia and strengthen global partnerships. 12 studies in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan.
